Agua II & seasonal pool by ELE Apartments

The air-conditioning in the lounge leaked a little bit, but this was very quickly resolved with a towel! The door into the apartment was sometimes a little tricky to open, but this may have been user error!

AC needs refreshment - it was smelling very bad and water was dropping on the floor. Not enough toilet paper.

I feel the description wasn’t accurate.. we knew before arriving that the pool was not going to be opened, however we were told the terrace would be in use to enjoy the sunshine during our stay, and that there were other patios available for us, this was 100% not the case.. the terraces were locked as work was being carried out and there was no other outside sitting area to use and enjoy the sunshine before or after we were out and about. The apartment was ground floor and thus very dark so it would have been nice to have had somewhere to go sit and read a book or just chill in the sun. When contacting the letting agency, they were not helpful and didn’t even respond to our last couple of emails which was very disappointing!! This is not somewhere we would have booked knowing all this as we were coming from Ireland and wanted to have somewhere to sit and relax in the sun.

Disappointment we weren’t notified about the drought which meant the property pool was out of use. Also didn’t find the communication great with the host. A few unanswered questions in the message chat. We also had ask if it was possible for a late checkout (only until 1pm) but was told the cleaning team would be in after we left and this wasn’t possible. We stayed on the rooftop terrace until our taxi came at 1pm and no sign of the cleaning team being in. Feel we probably could have stayed a while longer. I also see from some of the comments that previous customers had been offered money back because of the pool situation. We didn’t get offered this 🤷🏼‍♀️
