“Ecellent and confortable stay in great location near historical centre.”
The best

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de la Merced and a few minutes more to historical centre. Accommodation was comfortable and no road traffic noise which is different to other places we have stayed on or near Calle Victoria. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

To be improved

All was great. Could have done with a cloth for cleaning kitchen sides instead of a sponge but minor quibble. Water was scolding hot in showers and was a little difficult to get the right temperature, no problem for adults but if travelling with children would advise caution.

The staff was very rude for our checkout. The day before I spoke to someone from the number they gave to contact for about 2mins (around 10pm) to request for late check out as my partner is not feeling well and flight was delayed and he mentioned its okay but 11am someone opened the door to chase us out. Then we couldn't even leave the car at the parking till 3 (usually new check in is at 3) so we thought it's practical to leave the car in the garage but they were so rude threatened to call the police etc when clearly I had proof of a conversation over the phone the day before of checking out late at 4pm.

The apartment was spacious and excellent cooking facilities, lots of shops near by. And plenty walks.

To be improved

Would like soft pillows, but other than that nothing really. I would definitely stop there again.
