Shower access for elderly person awkward

Some appliances need attention- the iron leaks and the temperature dial is missing. Lack of kitchenware, plastic bowls/jugs - to use in the microwave etc. Could not get the oven hob to work. Only one plug hole stopper so had to share between bathrooms. Door knob at the front door, awkward place, numerous times I trapped my finger. Due to the wind you are constantly sweeping the bits inside unless you hane the patio doors closed, may benefit from a hoover would be so much easter.

I would like to have given the property a 10 rating and would like to make some positive suggestions to help improve the quality from the high level it is at already Wi-Fi only works in the living room and pool area only The water pressure is very inconsistent Small touches like soap in the bathrooms and bin liners in the kitchen

Bathrooms are a bit tired. Although it had certainly been cleaned, I think the villa had been empty for a while as there was a dead mouse in the bath ad three little mouse droppings on our bed. One of the hairdryers blew up on the first day.
