“Our stay was lovely,we reported a leaking kettle and it was replaced immediately the only downside was the linen”

The location was excellent and the complex was very well cared for pool cleaned 3 times a week as were the passages and stairs

Bed linen poor pillows poor and bed very squeaky also towels were only adequate plenty of them but poor quality

The apartment was nothing like the pictures. Taps were broken in kitchen and not repaired until day three of our holiday white shelf in lounge hanging off the wall. Both bathrooms were very smelly and very dirty. Handle on the window came off in my hand. The whole apartment smelled damp. No electricity for a whole day. When that came back on the boiler wasn’t working so no hot water for showers. Then no WIFI

firstly I was given the wrong code for the lock box so was unable to gain access ,eventually got the right code was able to gain access I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I entered the apartment, it was very dirty stains on bedding, sofa too the bath was full of rust round the plug hole it was also very dark the WiFi keep going off also tv only had Spanish channels also no toaster in property I was unable to shower or sleep there just used it to leave my suitcases property's like this shouldn't,t be allowed to be advertised on booking .com it was a utter disgrace
