The property has a good location and can welcome large groups.

To be improved

The property was too expensive for the service offered. You do not find a mop in the house and while using those showers it was impossible to avoid water going on the floor! We requested it several times, but no answer. Unfortunately, we found 2 cockroaches, 1 in the kitchen and one in one of the bathroom. Also on this note reply by the property. While the location was very central it has all bedrooms on the main road and the windows are not insulated. It is even difficult to close some of them.

“Great location ! Big house for groups”

The location was just perfect , cafes and supermarkets nearby. Just in the heart of barcelona , walking distance from the museums & attractions

There were cockroaches in the bathrooms , we had to close the doors and put towels , we saw also one in the main lounge room

“Great location, unfortunately apartments did not meet expectations, as they were not as showed.”

Actual apartment did not look like in Pictures. In pictures there were furniture placed in each room, which did not exist in reality. Bathrooms were terrible - they were not showed in any of the pictures The apartment was infested with roaches. We stayed 13 people, we got supplies for 4 people 11 lights were not working.

Location location location! Can’t be beaten on its location.

To be improved

A lot more dates than the photos. Bits could do with some maintenance and tlc. No heating at all in one of the bedrooms and the living room could do with being more comfortable.
