There was no hot water for 2 days meaning we couldn’t have a shower. There was no Wi-Fi for the whole duration of the stay. Owner suggested we google a Vodafone shop and take the box ourselves to be fixed however upon reading past reviews there’s a constant problem with WI-FI. Had to buy bottle opener and tin opener. Told owner there were no plates to serve food so ended up eating salads out of a saucepan. No effort made by landlord to fix the problems.

There is no internet at this property, as previous guests have said. I messaged them but they know this as there is no cord for an outside connection. Far too expensive for what it is. Glad we only stayed one night.

When we arrived, the agent was not familiar with the property. After he left, we realised the air conditioning was not working and we called him to inform. Someone came back to the property and after about two hours, we were told the AC could not be repaired during our 4 night stay. The property was extremely hot and we knew that it would be very uncomfortable at night. We messaged the agent and told him that we wished to cancel our booking and he agreed to refund our payment. As it was late, we stayed the night and left at 9.30 the following day. Since then, we have not received our refund and the agent does not reply to any emails. We would be grateful if Booking.com could assist.
