Difficult to find hotel because of work in square, we weren't made aware when booking. Found the Toilet high tech but felt very unstable to sit on. Shower door allowed water into bathroom making floor dangerous. Overhead bed ceiling lights not able to be switched independently, we requested additional reading lamp which staff provided. Hairdryer not working requested different one. Lack of hangers in wardrobe only 4 but should have been more.

“Excellent location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff.”
The best

We have stayed at the Aire many times. It overlooks the stunning, recently renovated town hall square. We love the style of the rooms, (we booked a suite overlooking the square) and communal areas. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Though we didn’t use it on this occasion, the spa is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit. There’s lots of great restaurants and tapas bars nearby and plenty of shops. The beach is 20 minutes walk away.

To be improved

We love everything this hotel. If you book a suite and find stairs difficult, ask for one without stairs.

“Treat for my daughter”
The best

We spent 2 days - me and my 12 year daughter. Sadly on booking.com it didn't say she wasn't allowed in baths, but website makes it very clear so my bad. Roof top pool was sufficient thou and she spent most days there. Incredible location, view onto the square amazing, great little restaurants 2 mins walk away. Definitely be coming back. Staff super helpful and welcoming.

The location was perfect and the roof top was lovely

I didn’t like the shower and toilet in the room there was not much privacy. The corridors were very dark, not good if you have sight problem.
