Great location in Ponteverda Spain. Belen was great. She met us and explained everything about the rental. The rental was clean, safe, and in a great location. We had ample supplies for soap, trash bags, etc throughout our stay.

“Great city centre apartment”

The best

Lovely apartment refurbished to a high standard with excellent equipment in the city centre. Had virtually everything you could want. Great location. Biscuits, fruit, milk and coffee very much appreciated.

To be improved

There was a foul drain smell that pervaded the bathroom, possibly from outside. The TV remote was unlike one I had seen before and was not easy to work, often leading to a dead end. The main issue might seem a bit odd but we were let in the block entrance door automatically after sending a WhatsApp message and similarly the apartment front door was remote, motorised release. The exchange of messages and the remote release made it seem like we were being watched. We were also aware that, by remote control, we could be locked in the apartment or the door could be opened without our input. A very strange feeling and we worried that we were being observed or listened to, probably completely wrong but nonetheless this is how we felt. Have still given the apartment a good rating.
