The location was excellent, very central with access to shops, restaurants, and beach. Also selection of Bus stops within walking distance (approximately 10 minutes walk).

Married couple 67 and 71 stayed for the whole of April: 1st to 30th. Apartment situated on 5th floor, there was a lift. The apartment was spacious with open plan kitchenette, dining area and lounge. There was a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. There was a narrow balcony that ran the length of the apartment and overlooked the Calle Juan xxiii. It is situated in the heart of Los Cristianos with many restaurants, supermarkets and other shops, including a chemists/pharmacy. The sandy beach is just a couple of hundred yards away. While we were there the balcony got the sun between about 5pm and 7pm. The apartment suited us very well and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The only downside for us (being older) is that the tv was blocked from accessing the internet so couldn't use the apps, phone access was allowed. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to the couple of problems we had. We were having problems getting into the apartment as the key wasn’t working. Once reported someone came round within about ½ hour and replaced the lock. There was also a problem with the lift on one day and that was also fixed by the time we went back ‘home’ at 5pm. I would definitely have no problems with booking this apartment again.

Location very central to everything, but also quite at night. Plenty of space in the apt.
