“The location was great , check-in was easy , the staff kitchen (breakfast) was great. Front desk staff for the most part was great. · Cons: The rooms were extremely small, much smaller than expected. A full-size suitcase cannot open in the room. Also, the booking was made because of the rooftop terrace, but the terrace closes at 11 PM for hotel guests. Therefore, it couldn't be used at night to relax and have a drink. The person working at reception that night was also very dismissive. The room cleaners also weren't the best; they didn't leave towels and only made the bed occasionally.”

“48 hours in Madrid.”
Very friendly and helpful staff is an excellent start when you arrive at 10 pm. Everything you needed for a city break and a pool too! Excellent location for touring the city with great bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to too as there are several metro stations nearby. Would go back.
“Good nice hotel.”
Good central hotel, nice staff. Clean and felt safe. Comfy bed and good shower. The following is just to help other visitors especially from the UK - When I messaged before we left the UK they said kettles are on availability. There weren’t any kettles available, I would’ve brought my travel kettle - probably my fault for assuming there would be one. Cups in the rooms are for espressos and not a cup of tea and they won’t give you a mug unless you get ready and go down in the morning and ask for a cup of hot water - not good when you want tea in bed. Thankfully the coffee machine would produce hot water without a coffee pod and we had to buy a mug. I realise this seems silly to some but it’s massive to me. Few other annoying things - Silly space saving furniture, no drawers. Shower opens into the room separate from the loo and sink, weird if you’re not a couple. Rooms are small. Can’t sit up in bed or you bang your head in the overhanging bit of metal that has no purpose. No spare pillows unless you ask. Having said the above we would stay here again.
“Friendly hotel in the center of Madrid”
The service was great, very friendly. The hotel is very close to the city center and couple subway stations. It is a clean and modern hotel albeit a bit small. It wasn't a problem for us but the shower wall was semi-transparent.
“Dollhouse Rooms. Don't Bring a Suitcase or a Friend.”
The term "small" is generous for these rooms. I cannot stress enough: only stay here if you are alone with just a backpack —anything more, and you will struggle. There is no room to open a standard suitcase and the room is so incredibly tight that you can even reach out and touch the see-through shower from the bed. We have stayed in many European hotels and are accustomed to compact spaces, but still felt claustrophobic the entire stay. Additionally, they provided two coffee pods on the first day and anything after that, was an extra charge of 1 Euro. So it really pushed that bare minimum feel. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and the entire hotel/room was clean. I loved the décor which was quite hip, and the lobby was lively. However, the "dollhouse" room size is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again.
“Great little find”
Fantastic little boutique hotel, about 10/15minute walk from the heart of Madrid. Beautiful rooftop terrace and pool, overlooking the city was a most welcome space to decompress after a busy time exploring Madrid. Staff attentive and friendly. Place is clean and a great place to base yourself in this city.
