“Great place, would choose it again”
The best

Great location, everything needed was there. Air conditioning works good. We’ve been 3 people and felt comfortable (2 separate bedrooms). Close to metro station, a lot of grocery stores and restaurants around. Easy check in and check out process (no need to meet anyone). They also sent us a document before our arrival with instructions and advices on how everything works and how to get to the property and what to find around. Communication was nice with the staff through what’s up.

To be improved

We had to place deposit before arrival - to me it feels a bit uncomfortable, because I can’t verify at which state the apartment is. Deposit gets frozen and gets released several days after departure, so no issues there. Would be great if some coffee/tea were available.

The location was great, and it was very clean and comfortable.

To be improved

The only issue was a request for a damage deposit the day or two before arrival, which we had not expected. It would have been easier to do this earlier.

The best

The host was very kind and accessible. The directions are very clear upon checking in. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby as well as public transit. The beds are a bit firmer but that’s what I prefer personally.

To be improved

The apartment could use some TLC. The bathroom in particular. The walls are super thin so if you’re a light sleeper you should bring earplugs.
