“Good positioning for a good trip”

Very good rooms and pleasant hall

To be improved

Not so well prepared staff in the check-in by messing up the payments for the hotel tax, also got a delayed room for about 1 hour. At the check-out the middle-aged lady was a bit rude with the manners, instead of asking for the card to reabilitate it (i was just 5 minutes over the check out, considering the delay in the check-in it was not necessary to disabilitate the room so fast), she pretended i could read her thoughts and she was like a bit pissed i didn't give her the card quick (she has to realize not everyone works in an hotel, so probably i couldn't know what to do in those situations, maybe the best stuff to do was just asking me in a clear way what she wanted lol)

“Staff were really lovely and welcoming, really nice room and great location, roof top pool was fab in morning when quiet, cafe breakfast bar almost next door which does really lovely breakfast · Cons: Didn't tell us we had to pre order breakfast night before and nothing in room to inform us either, pool only has capacity for 8 people so couldn't use that evening as too busy,”

“Well located aparthotel”
The best

Very comfortable and extremely convenient. The kitchenette was perfect for keeping drinks cool and making coffee. Room divided to give our grandson his own "bedroom". Small pool and sundeck, perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets close at hand. About a 15 minute flat walk to the main shopping areas. Metro station about 5 minutes walk.

To be improved

Not enough plug sockets for charging phones. Only had one on one side of the bed. Only criticism.

“The location was great and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming! · Cons: It’s very difficult to drop off luggage if one has a lot of it to deal with as one must park in the busy street outside and block up the lane before driving the car to the parking garage in another street. There is no toaster in the room. It would be great if the pool remained open for another hour or two!”
