“Central location, especially if it’s your first time driving in Bilboa. · Cons: The electronic check-in and check-out procedure does not work. This caused immense stress as someone has to drive around in town because someone else has to wait for the owner to let you in or hand over the keys. The bathroom was never cleaned after the previous visit and in was in a bad state. The unit was very warm during summer and the fans were not effective.”

The apartment is big and has a nice and cozy living room. Also, very quiet. The host was responsive and helpful.

To be improved

Two of the bedrooms are small and cramped. They don't look too clean neither.

The best

Good location with good amenities. Relatively clean. Swept floor because I could feel sand under my bare feet. Not a big deal.

To be improved

The process to get the instructions was somewhat complicated. Suggest providing bathroom floor mats for stepping out of shower.
