“A few issues but otherwise a great stay.”

Ivan kindly met me and took me to the property. Great guy and so helpful, even to getting me a large bottle of water to save me carrying it. The facilities are second to none with everything you need and if it's not there Ivan will get it. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower and even a bath. Great sun terrace, garden and indoor space.

To be improved

This is why I marked it down 2 points. Surfaces hadn't been wiped down, microwave, cooker and fridge hadn't been cleaned. Dirty cutlery and crockery. Sheet stained. Cats use the garden and terrace as their litter tray. Area is a cross between a gated community and council estate.

“Superb”

The best

Ivan's accommodation was very pleasant. It featured a jacuzzi, an interior courtyard, a sunroof perfect for sunbathing, and was conveniently located close to the beaches and the city center, just a 10-15 minute walk away. Ivan was also incredibly responsive.
