“Very good choice”

The best

Very good! The only problem was the start, see below. We were happy to get an apartment in the upper floor, because we had daylight and see outside. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

To be improved

When we booked, we wrote a question and never got an answer. The email-contact did not work, also not by the ap. Nobody answered the phone. So we went there directly and at the building there was an "emergency number", once we got it the man on the phone was very helpful.

The best

The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and a very comfy bed - I slept very well :) The furniture and facilities were fairly basic but attractive, in good condition and more than adequate. Everything was easy to use. I didn't meet the hosts but they answered the phone quickly when I arrived and gave me the door code. There are shops nearby for food etc, and lots of great cafes. It took me about 6mins to walk to the Plaza Major.

To be improved

Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Luckily I had data on my phone.

Nice, modern, spacious and bright apartment in a peaceful part of Caceres. Historic centre is a short walk away. Kitchen facilities were useful.

To be improved

Minor issue with the requested bed linen, but hosts were quick to sort things out.

Awful checkin experience! Never saw anyone. They failed to provide us with codes to access the building. We were on the street for a long time trying to gain access. Some of the neighbors were attempting to help us reach management.
