The best

The location was great, the room was on the highest floor, so we had a good view of the city and the great Alameda Street. The apartment was spacious, and the amenities were enough. Since we arrived after office hours, the keys were left in a deposit box, and clear instructions for both the keys and the apartment were shared beforehand.

To be improved

We arrived late, so we had to pick up the keys from their office. It wasn't too far, like 5-7 minutes walk, but it was late in the evening and we had luggages so it would've been better if we could pick the keys up from the apartment.

The two bed flat was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location was very central and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Views from the flat are gorgeous. Thoughtful items such as washing up liquid, a new sponge, shampoo, body wash, etc. were already in the flat. Reception is located in another building which is well signposted. But the actual building is on Alameda Principal (tip: the gated entrance is located next to a Carrefour grocery shop). The building itself is quiet and we never saw any other residents. But there is street noise which you can hear - especially if you've visiting during Holy Week.

To be improved

There is nothing I didn't like. It was a well managed property. But if I were to be picky, I would forewarn that if a rainstorm is forecasted and you are going out, you should leave the aluminum shutters for the windows closed. Otherwise the rain starts leaking into the flat (even if the windows are closed). The floor is tiled so it's easily cleaned (there is even a mop in the bathroom). There was a flash rainstorm during our stay and luckily we were inside to prevent any water damage.
