Terrible Experience – No Sleep for Two Nights We had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Alannia Salou which completely ruined our holiday. For two consecutive nights extremely loud music was played until around 3:00 a.m.This made it impossible to sleep. A hotel should provide rest and comfort, but this place felt more like a nightclub than accommodation. Because of the lack of sleep over two nights in a row our plans were completely affected. We had already paid in advance for theme park tickets and planned to wake up early, but due to being kept awake until 3 a.m., we arrived very late and lost most of the day. This meant wasted money and a ruined experience. When we complained, management explained that it was Christmas time and that events were planned. However, we were never clearly informed that loud music would continue until such an unreasonable hour, let alone for two nights. Had we known this at the time of booking, we would never have chosen this hotel. An apology was given, but no compensation despite the disturbance lasting for two nights and seriously impacting our holiday. If you are looking for peace, rest, or a relaxing stay, avoid this hotel, especially during festive periods. Guest comfort is clearly not a priority here.

“Quiet time” is supposed to be from 12 am till 8 am at this hotel and I understand it’s Christmas Day, but a Christmas party as loud as they have it on the early hours of Christmas Day is such a joke. The worst part about it is I don’t even think guests are even invited nevertheless it’s extremely late for a party and if the music was at a normal volume that would be understandable. But the decimal’s the music is being played at is deafening. It’s 1:30 am and the event doesn’t finish till after 4 am. I’m all for events and music especially for special events but the least the hotel could do was to pre-warn us? Otherwise, I wouldn’t have booked to stay here. The whole point of a holiday is to be up and out early but this holiday I won’t be able to as I’ll only be able to fall asleep after 4 am. I am extremely disappointed as the hotel staff seem friendly and the room is nice, but I would not recommend it for people would want a relaxing holiday over the Christmas period

Great place. Nice bar. Good breakfast. Good service. My key stopped working but the staff managed to get it working again.

We had a restful and good holiday here. Reception very helpful and check in quick. Rooms cleaned daily . Restaurant lots of choice and good quality . Would recommend this hotel , pool a little cold still got in . Great place for kids .

Just spent a week here with my 2 kids, all i can say is this place is fantastic, so glad we choose this resort, the rooms, the pool, the staff and the entertainment for the kids was brilliant, we will defos be booking this again

Clean, modern and so much to do for young kids. Entertainment was great, cocktails lovely, plentiful breakfast. Grounds are lovely and clean and only a few minute walk to shops and bars. Highly recommend
