It's residential,which wasn't the problem nice and quiet, the problem was a closed dirty pool which never got cleaned,not one sunbed for us to relax and sunbathe, we was told because residential.No restaurant as stated it's been closed for while

The beds and bed linen were so comfortable. It is just a few mins walk to both beach and marina which are both fabulous. It's a lovely little apartment. Swimming pool looked lovely but closed for the winter which was fine. Juan allowed us to arrive early which was very much appreciated as the storm started just after we arrived.

To be improved

TV was complicated to use with no instructions(Had to contact the owner who sent a copy of the manual) When we did manage to work it the WiFi kept dropping and no English speaking channels so couldn't find out what was happening with the storm. We just had to use our own Netflix account. The kettle doesn't switch off when it boils which is dangerous as you have to leave it on the counter. I did notice this in a review before and hasn't been replaced. The shower empties very slowly so you need to be careful. There is a lot of noise from the road as it's very busy but when the windows are closed it's not so bad. Noise from the bar downstairs can be loud but doesn't go on too late thankfully.
