Alba Regia CatARTHome Costa Adeje - private pool

The accommodation was fantastic, everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable beds. A short walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. And so close to Siam water park you can see some of the slides and hear the music and screams 🤣. We took advantage and did both the Siam day and night pass (available during July and August). The rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage space and the 3 bathrooms were an added bonus not to mention the godsend of air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms 🙌 Our host was brilliant very responsive and great communication for arrival, check out etc. She provided a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, coffee and milk which were all greatly appreciated and a great touch as we arrived on a late evening flight. Beach towels are also available at the property which was a great luggage saver and even sandwich bags were provided which were handy for picnics/sandwiches home etc. Our 18yr old son loved the annex part of the property as he had his own space. Lovely villa with plenty of space inside and out to relax, 3 bathrooms (useful where there were 6 of us), and a decent sized pool and kitchen. Entire property was clean and well kept and Judit made the check in and check out process super easy. Absolutely perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay again!

Everything about the property both inside and outside was perfect! It wxceeded our expectations. Everything was provided and made the stay amazing! Contact with our host was fast and efficient.

the owner is such lovely lady, prepare everything to feel you comfortable , she very organised all house we don’t need worry about anything at all all beds was super clean and comfortable kitchen utilities , have everything, even some food was left in a fridge and groceries all rooms and showers are so nice, no one will ask for better 😁 we so lucky to stay there swimming pool was so lovely and heated, kids enjoyed from early morning can’t ask anything extra as there was everything prepared for us we recommend everyone who wants easy relaxing on Tenerife

Position , Cleanliness and interior furnishings

We felt like we are at home. All is perfect inside this Villa - spacious rooms, kitchen, terrace. Liked the design and quality/quantity of all appliances and cookware, linen, towels. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great as well - quiet area and 10 minutes walk to the beach and Siam park / Siam Mall. You have your own private pool with heating option (for extra charge) which is great. Pool is not large but was enough for 2 kids to have lots of fun. Host is super friendly and welcoming. Hope we will come back again!
