“Super nice adults only relaxing experience”

The best

It’s new and super nice. The fact that it’s adults only makes it a relaxing space. The style of the hotel and the decor is very tasteful.

To be improved

The room we stayed at was a little small. And I didn’t managed to understand and control the air conditioning very well. It was either too strong and cold or we had to turn it off completely, so it got pretty hot during the middle of the night.

The welcome and vast majority of the staff were excellent all the female staff were superb along with anyone found on reception. Great communications via WhatsApp upfront of stay

Male bar tenders/ breakfast cover were bordering on rude

Bad experience in the restaurant, really awful food. Complained, but never received any reasons why or deduction from our bill. Nice hotel, just a couple of things took the shine off.

“A wonderful upmarket hotel with a serene and calm environment, perfect for an indulgent long weekend”

The best

The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. The room was tastefully decorated, with a balcony to enjoy a sweeping vista of the sea. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed the spa facilities and were incredibly impressed by the breakfast spread.

To be improved

There was absolutely nothing at fault with this hotel and its wonderfully attentive staff. If I had to pick something, it would be the fact that we couldn't work out the air conditioner, but that was probably due to user error rather than the air conditioner not working.
