The best
The only thing that's going for this property is the fact it has a jacuzzi hot tub, definitely not a cheap one, the location of the property is ideal with close proximity to faro2 Dino store and restaurants, bars and a pharmacy which opens each day from 9am to 1pm, also less than 1km walk from Holiday world where also is a taxi bay to take you anywhere you wish to go and very reasonable prices, forgot to mention this property also has an exercise bike weights and bench if you like to keep fit, you also have your own washing machine, wifi is provided and large smart color tv but.....

Ok firstly to begin, I do not give false reviews just to be unfair to property owners,
on first seeing this property and reading the reviews we booked here for 12 nights,
money taken booking reference and pin given,
Instructions also given in relation to keys collection on arrival, key lock box at back entrance, check in was 2pm,
on entering of course all excited to view our villa and all it had to offer,
we find our bedrooms and in one of the sliding mirror wardrobes we find our safe,
But..... it's locked! and no key for it within our keys, being of utmost importance of course we had to have a safe to keep our valuables,
my fiancé immediately sent WhatsApp message to owners and yes he got a reply saying previous occupants lost the key and will get a spare key too us, THIS NEVER HAPPENED,
IN FACT! after sending another message to explain we needed a safe, in the 12 nights we were here, NOT Once did we recieve any contact to sort out the safe nor to know if we were happy with everything else within this property,
no customer relations whatsoever,
also the TV was nothing but Spanish channels and we could not even link our own Netflix account to it, all was blocked, you can however stream your YouTube from your mobile phone,
there is WiFi which can at times be up and down but never actually cut out,
can you live with Cockroaches?
real grass on site so a haven for cockroaches at night especially at the back gate area,
they also get into the villa especially the utility area, KEEP BEDROOM DOORS CLOSED!!
and most importantly no crumbs or food left lying around, also to note, there was no cleaning supplies allocated to this property just a dustpan and brush, a bucket and a mop,
we basically had to go and buy in everything ourselves,
we travel to Gran Canaria as a group of 4 every year and always, always met by owner/company
and after one day passes are contacted to see if we are happy with everything, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN HERE, BAD FORM..
