Close to everything. Excellent location.

Neighbour complained about noise at 5pm in the evening after closing the door even when she was playing loud music at the same time of day.

You can hear everything from each neighbour, all through the night. Cockroaches and ants were crawling about In the kitchen tops. The place needs completely revamped.
