The owner asked for a refundable deposit via PayPal which was due to be returned within 5 working days from leaving the property, I was waiting for this payment for over 1 month and only got it back by complaining to PayPal. The apartment was dirty on arrival and the first 1-2 hours was spent cleaning

The complex was well maintained

To be improved

Reported three issues, no lighting in bathroom, hob didn't work, had to manually flush the toilet. All reported but not resolved. Had to clean what we needed before use.
