The gentleman who welcomed me was very friendly. Very pleasant, organized and clean.

We stayed at this accommodation during our Camino and overall had a good experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful — the person managing the place clearly cares a lot and maintains it with attention and care. One of the biggest positives was the hygiene policy: you’re required to leave all your belongings, shoes, and backpacks outside the sleeping area, which helps keep the sleeping space clean and reduces the risk of bedbugs. While the bed setup is somewhat complex, with curtains, folds, and compartments that could theoretically provide hiding spots for bedbugs, the cleanliness and the policy of keeping gear out of the room made us feel safe. We didn’t spot any bedbugs during our stay. The beds were okay, and each one came with a clean bedsheet, pillow, and blanket. You also get a privacy curtain and a plug next to your bed, which is a nice touch for comfort and convenience. The air conditioning did start dripping ice at one point, but the host responded immediately and resolved it. The same goes for other small incidents — for example, when someone got the floor wet after showering, he came quickly to mop it up. We really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and order.

My pod felt a little like a coffin, but after sleeping in it, super comfy and secure! Great beds and policies for bedbugs.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and staff

The bunk room was very clean, I liked the privacy of each bed. I also appreciate the stairs to the top bunks, as ladders can be quite inconvenient to go up and down. Nice terrace off the back, right next to the river.
