I was really looking forward to stay in this hostel but was super disappointed. The scenery is outstanding, but that's about it. There is no extra thought about would could make the stay comfortable for the guests: no kitchen, no info on the are, super (!) basic common areas, no sun beds/hammocks or basically anywhere comfortable to just sit and enjoy the lake. Lake is around 5-7 minutes walking from the hostel, which is fine but not verysuitable for people with disabilities. The room was very basic, the service in the restaurant was extremely slow and the food, at least the vegeterain options, was not worth the price (21 euros). Overall, in my opinion, the place isn't worth the cost and grueling drive, unless you come with kids and expect a basic stay. .

Full of families with children used to mediterranean sleep schedule, who were very very noisy until dawn (2 in the morning). Our room nr1 was facing the terrace where children and adults were screaming and playing until very late. The bed was screetching very loud even when sitting on it. No mosquito nets on windows

“Fabulous unique setting with rustic charm. Family run home from home”

The situation is perfect,quiet, remote superb access to the lake for swimming kayaking relaxing, beautiful setting surrounded by mountains,some great walking. No Hordes of tourists. It’s family run and has a wonderful family atmosphere,the staff are very efficient,friendly and helpful.It is Rustic and very relaxed which is its unique charm.
