“Okay, but a bit unsafe”

The owner was nice to me. It was clean, nice location to reconnect with nature. I could book this accommodation really fast, as I needed place to sleep immediately. Good wifi, you can use kitchen inside the building

To be improved

Owner cannot speak any English, which made it for me a bit complicated to understand the rules of the house. You cannot close the door of the toilette and shower properly, so as a woman solo traveler I didn’t really felt safe. Moreover, you cannot leave the house and go back without informing the owner — because you don’t get any keys, which made me feel weird, I didn’t feel free there. You also don’t get any blanket and since it is north of Spain, it was a bit cold at night

“The host was amazing, friendly and helpful. Just be kind to him and accept the rules. Its not that far from oviedo, the bus ticket is also cheap. The view is also nice · Cons: Everything was fine, read ahead about the rules, check in time, when you cant be at the hostel than there will be no surprises.”

“Kitchen, living room · Cons: Like others before me, I didn't like the conditions of the accommodation. It isn’t normal for a person, who has the stay there for several days, to have no entry to the house a between 12:00-17:00. Or to be in the house in this time. I was waiting 1,5 hour in the street before the house. The summer weather was horrible.. It’s very important information. It would be good to write it to the offer of accommodation. So small shower. The problem to speak English. Without the possibility to lock the locker I will never to come here.”

“Would not recommend staying here. Too many rules & issues and not worth the price”

I would not recommend this place. It is far outside Oviedo and there are many many rules. The door has a lock that you need to call to unlock but it didn't work at all the entire time we were there. We had the light on in the room we were in during the day and the owner came over and told us off then turned off the light and told us we could not have it on during the day. You're also not allowed at the hostal at all from noon until 5pm. There are also roosters that start making noise at 4am.
