Unusual on the 4th floor with lift with luxury bathroom ; It’s on the Camino and very close to the centre of the town

Nobody communicated to us that there would be a rock concert out side our window that night. The music went on from 23h00 until 3.30am the next morning !! Simply not acceptable. Booking.com sent back some standard responses to my complaint and nothing more. I have tried to get hold of Booking.com without success, no e-mail address anywhere. I hold BOOKING.COM responsible for this as they are the agents that generated the booking and are taking a commission. At no time did they or the establishment warn of this noise.

A few things like the tumble drier and oven were out of order. The linen was worn and torn at some places.
