Location, staff's kindness, free breakfast (if early enough), comfortable.

To be improved

Breakfast empty before end of breakfast time. Shower flush hole slippery and sharp (cut my toe). Some dust on the top of the shelf.

Some days before the arrival, we received a message mentioning that we had to order bed sheets and towels, and PAY for it. And guess what? We paid for it and then they did not even make the beds, we had to make it ourselves. The room was incredibly warm. Supposedly we had AC, turns out, it didn’t work. We were four in a room, with 0 ventilation, and no one slept properly. The beds were very uncomfortable, namely the mattresses and the beds creaked with the slightest movement. The breakfast was very poor and we had to wash the dishes we used, without proper warning.

the staff is super nice and friendly! the location is also very ideal, right in the center of the old town, and it is not loud at night

To be improved

Bed sheet is not included in the price, so you need to pay extra if you want to get it. The room doesn't make me feel comfortable and the bed even worse, it makes a lot noise.
