Very limited staff availability and communication, no hostel desk, no WiFi, common area not inviting. Kitchen was locked.

Good quality building-double pane windows, in floor heating, hot water showers. Good location. The room and building nice and clean.

The kitchen was a mess. Pity, because if the kitchen was clean this would be a very very good hostel.
