“Great value for money”

The best

Good communication and easy check in. Lovely room with its own bathroom and balcony. Facilities upstairs for drink making, microwave and fridge. Crockery and cutlery available. Great location. Parking is not available but car parks on the other side of the bridge close by. Don't forget some coins for the meter. No cost 9pm to 9am, I think. If you put in extra money in the evening it rolls over into the morning which is useful if you want a later start. It's incredible value for money. No air con but fan in ceiling.

To be improved

Toilets were open at top to next doors bathroom. Pipes were a bit backed up during our stay so a little smelly probably due to weather? No breakfast available any more which is a shame as last time the breakfast was superb.

“Some good and some less aspects”

The best

We enjoyed the spacious room and the (small) balcony. Beds were great as well as the shower. The price is good value for the provided quality. During our stay we found out that there is a 3rd floor on which you can make coffee and tea. That's good service!

To be improved

We didn't have any normal contact with the staff. We received an all Spanish text message with enter code of the building. With help of Google Translate we understood the gross meaning. We replied in our best Spanish but received no answer. On the Booking site it is mentioned that there is a terrace and an information office. The photos indicate that also. But the terrace is only for a few rooms to use and the office was closed. Maybe we did not understand well but this hostal was a disappointment. We are regular Spain visitors and hostels are our favourite spot!
