the location was the only thing that’s good about this property

To be improved

it’s advertised that Wi-Fi is Available in all areas but that’s not true in room 106 there was no available connection. The shower head was not properly screwed on so when turning on the water it sprayed everywhere. the water from the shower didn’t stay hot long enough for a nice shower. perhaps during the summer that’s fine but not during the winter. the bed sheets where mainly for summer time so it was cold and there’s no heating.

Difficult to find room. The room smells of mould The bathroom has no curtain on the window. No fire regulations displayed. No mini bar No hair dryer No glasses Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows hard. Late check in meant we had to carry luggage with us all day as there was nowhere to store luggage prior to check in Plug sockets are loose possible fire hazard
