“Very very disappointing in property and taxi”

Nothing ! It’s location was only 10 minutes from the wedding attending so that was good

To be improved

Hadn’t been told that cars not allowed in the road so couldn’t be dropped off outside . Hadn’t been told the bedroom was up precarious stone steps and bathroom downstairs so unsuitable for older people who need to go to the toilet in the night Electrics dangerous . Couldn’t open bedroom windows or door to the roof terrace so could be against fire escape regulations Property very old so smelt musty . Cleaning materials put in the shower and water took 20 minutes to run away so I was standing in 4cm of water whilst showering . Weather was 28 degrees and the sheets and pillowcases were thick fleece
