I arrived on a Thursday and the air conditioner did not work. Friday they did not show up to fix it. Saturday they would not answer the phone so I had to call Booking.com to get involved. The property manager wanted me to wait until Monday for a technician to look at it, without any guarantees that it would be fixed. Eventually they agreed to cancel the remaining days on my reservation but they still charged me an extra day plus cleaning fees. I spent two nights in a very hot apartment and received zero compensation. Stay away from this rental.

“Super secure place close to several subway stops”
The best

We felt super secure once we figured out the app, locks, and elevator. Make sure you save the elevator code on your phone for easy access. As two women traveling alone, this was a great place because there were so many locks required to get in. We loved sitting on the balcony, easy access to several restaurants, and nearby groceries. It was easy for us to get around Madrid even though we weren’t in downtown.

To be improved

Getting to the property the first time was a chore. Honestly, there were so many emails and booking communications and apps to download, it was hard to find an exact address. Not knowing how their addresses work in Madrid, we ended up on several busses and walking a long distance.
