“Dog friendly with very helpful staff. We always book to stay here, which breaks up the long journey back from Playa Paraiso to Bilbao. We were, as usual, greeted by the reception staff with courtesy and friendliness. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed linen and towels were fresh, and the WiFi was fast. The breakfast was ample, and we were again allowed to take our dog with us into the area by the bar, so we could enjoy our breakfast there and not have to leave her in the room. The hotel is very close to a large shopping centre and many food outlets. · Cons: Every time we have stayed, there has been a large contingent of school children who are very well-behaved and enjoy their outings. Regrettably, on this occasion, a particular group of children insisted on shouting and screaming across the courtyard at 2 and 3 in the morning. This spoiled what is always a very good experience at this hotel. We have still booked for later in the year though!!”
