The apartment is old and worn. Access system is difficult to figure out. And if you come earlier than expected, the doors can not open. You must wait till the exact time. And worst of all, they charge you for damages/stains that was already there. They will find something to charge you for and then they take it from the disposit. I am furious that I have been charged for stains on that old and worn carpet. It is obvious that stains are months/weeks old. Their customer service do not reply you when you e-mail them with this matter. They don’t even respond to Booking.com customer service. Unless you have 1-2 hours, so you can walk around the apartment and take pictures of all damages, so you have proof, then stay away. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst experiences with booking an appartment. After making a reservation on Booking they will require you to give them all the information about you and to pay a deposit (300 EUR) on their own website, whose security level you can't know. It took ages to type everything that was required and we were in front of the building while it was raining. They didn't want to let us in before we complete everything. On top of that, there are no keys, but you need to use an app for unlocking doors (3 of them). When you get into the building you have no idea which appartment is yours, so we accidentally woke up a guy at 11pm because we thought it is our appartment.
