Pictures show on booking doesn’t match reality - everything is old, broken, dirty , even the sheets was with spots. In living room there was one big WiFi device that was very noisy and disturbing. We are very very disappointed, if we knew the app. Is so dirty and not good looking we have never would pay this price we did.

In short: Very poor apartment hygiene, human dejection, pee, mold, strong smoking smells, pay an additional 380 EUR warranty, install an additional app, signup on an additional proprietary platform, sign an additional e-contract, etc. If this happened to you, please find me on any social media by my full name as I am creating a group with all the people that were affected by this host and already seeking legal advice and also planning to go public. Miserable Apartment Hygiene: Human dejection, mold, pee, smoking smell everywhere. We found unflushed toilet, feces and pee (human dejection in the bathroom) and much more mold everywhere, including the living room, kitchen and the bedrooms. Frustrating checking experience: In order to get into the apartment (electronically remote controlled door), you must: Sign up on a different platform that they ask you to; Sign an additional e-contract; Pay an additional 380 EUR as a warranty (damage deposit); Must install an additional app in order to be able to open the door. Even if you booked via the traditional websites, these conditions must meet, otherwise they will not let you in, no matter what. We left after 10 minutes and we were forced to find a hotel where to sleep for that night and also for the entire week. Very poor communication and false claims: Host was very unresponsive (sometimes answering and shutting down the phone, sometimes forcing me to chat in Spanish, sometimes claiming they cannot hear me, claiming their manager just went on holiday and there is nothing they can do, etc.) They also had a number of false claims like we spent 2 nights there and they were insisting on that until they couldn't actually prove the fact.
