The apartment was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. It was nothing like the photos presented on the listing, misleading and completely inaccurate. The place felt scary and unsafe, and it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The host was unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive of our concerns. Most shockingly, the host demanded a €500 deposit, claiming it would be returned once the apartment was cleaned. This is unacceptable considering the apartment was already in terrible condition when we arrived. This stay did not meet any of the basic standards for cleanliness, honesty, or safety, and I hope you take action to protect future guests.
