*office is located 45 min away by public transport from apartment. Also there is an option to leave your begs in office. *Shower can be used only for 2,max 3 person in a row, than you need to wait until water will be heated again. *impossible to switch on kettle or wash machine (hairdryer) in same time. electricity is switching off automatically for some minutes.

They did take water bottles in apartments for guests.. Fans not working properly Sofa in living room is dirty.

Neighbor

At the time of our stay in Barcelona, it was very hot and humid outside with 30 degrees Celsius every day. The apartment had some portable vent units, however only one of them was decent. The others were very weak, and the master bedroom especially suffered from heat and inadequate ventilation. I would suggest that the property buys better ventilation units. The toilet seat cover is broken, so that should be fixed as well. The power also went out a few times while using the washing machine and oven. The company was not always very organised: we had one set of keys between 6 people, and while check-out is at 12, the cleaners showed up at 10. However the staff are nice and helpful over the phone.
