There was a party place in front of our room so we could not sleep. The second day there was a water going from the ceiling. Another thing is the smell from canalisation from toilet… terrible

There seems to be a really bad smell coming from the toilet which spreads across the whole house when we first arrived and It seems to be some sort of sewer smell maybe from the drain. This has really negatively impacted our experience in Barcelona as we have had to deal with this smell while sleeping and resting. Even there is mould surrounding the entrance which next to our sleep. Honestly I can't brief freshly and even will awake because of this smell. We have strep ed on Monday night which I have requested a air refresher but no one are sending over. Perhaps, the washing machine are not working and they said they will come today to fix it but when I get home it still don't get fixed. We have three days clothes need to be clean and now there is a problem because of this. We have been stay over three nights now and the smell are totally effected us for a good sleep. I sincerely hope that you can understand our situation due to we stay here for 4 nights. I have requested if we can swap to different apartments which near here but unfortunately the staff from WhatsApp said it is not possible. I have make a complaint through WhatsApp customer support regarding the washing machine are not working properly and the toilet smell which affect the house. I haven't got a reply from the customer service through WhatsApp straight back until the next day. When the customer service response to me and she even ask me to email to complaint and request a refund if possible but no one is responding to the email too. Therefore, I just thought that they are just ignoring us. Totally annoying and not really worth for money for this smelling house.

The toilet had a disgustin rotten stink. It was impossible to use it. They didnt want to recognize it
