The check in was complicated because the instructions didn't match what had to be done. So we couldn't enter, had to call and wait for almost 30 minutes for sometime to show up. At least for our apartment the host agency should have coordinated with us and not just let the automatic instructions Separately, much of the inventory especially in the kitchen is fairly old and not nicely maintained. E.g. the kettle is full of limescale. Not horrible but generally you'd expect more for the price and based on photos

Frustrating electronic locks on access doors, didn't always work. Physical keys were difficult to use Bathrooms were adequate, need some updating.

Certain standard facilities were not working that causing health and safety concern. (We're a group of 6 adults and 2 children) 1. One of the bedrooms got bad smell, they came to replace the blanket but it didn't solve the problem, there's no extra bed, we had no choice but still used the room and sprayed air refresher by ourselves. 2. The washing machine was not working, the door couldn't close! We had to hand-washed the clothes (it's hot summer) every night. They came to pretend to fix it but I bet they knew it's not something they could fix by themselves. The daily rate of the apartment costs higher than a new washing machine, and the rate should have covered a proper washing machine, we were very disappointed we were given one that's not working. 3. Gas lighter was not provided, they asked us to buy from the shop if we want to cook. 4. The folding glass door/ glass window at the balcony could not shut and lock, easy to break-in! 5. Some lights were out of order, they came to fix a few, but another 1 or 2 still kept flashing from time to time. 6. Didn't provide enough tissue rolls, amenities, and no extra towels for our 5 nights stays for 8 people, as our experience on point 1-3 on the first day were not good, we didn't ask for replenishment but went to buy by ourselves. Health and Safety are more important than location & size, our experience didn't meet our expectation for the money we paid for.
