I travel all over the Europe but it's really bad experience with this first I love a book from booking.com after that when I reached front of the door the person has responsibility he asked me that I need to be 300 Euro more for security what the hell is this.......

To be improved

Once you figure out how the system works, it's great, very comfortable and avoiding contact, so you can check in at anytime

To be improved

The check in process (prior to arrival) is a little bit tedious, however they finally made it very easy via WhatsApp
