Alcam Tamariu

What we didn’t like was the rather poor performance of Alcam the managers of the apartment. We were told to park in a specific place and retrieve the key from a key safe. All fine,but there was no details about how to access the apartment. We were not told that the name on the key fob related to the name of a vertical grouping of the apartment. We were also told that the apartment was identified as B on a specific floor when in fact apartments were identified numerically. After a great deal of stress and not a little help from kind neighbours we eventually located the apartment. All this could have been avoided if Alcam had taken the trouble to check the facts. In one WhatsApp exchange I was even told the apartment had the same number as the parking space 15 wrong! After about 40mins we eventually found the apartment only to discover that the internet details were wrong so we were unable to log on. Very frustrating and after repeated contact with Alcam the matter was not resolved and we just gave up. Bearing in mind that apartment was advertised as having good internet access throughout. To sum up the apartment was lovely but Alcam the managers based in Barcelona were very poor.
