Beds were too hard.

I booked this apartment because it provides an elevator in its description. Since we were only 2 persons, I had an elderly with health conditions can’t go up the 3 floors stairs. However, the elevator worked for only a half day when I was staying there. All other days it was broken. Although I have messaged the property several times mentioning that we can not manage with a broken elevator as I have an elderly person with health issues, and the flat is on the third floor! I told them that we have large luggage and they should fix the elevator before our check-out time at least, or send anybody that can help us with the luggage through the 3 floors, or compensate us to pay someone to help us. They refused to provide any help although we provided different solutions for them. We were harmed because of this situation as mentioned nobody could help us or at least compensate us for the broken elevator! The property behavior was unacceptable, they mentioned that this is the building issue not ours, and this is not a hotel where you can ask for luggage help! This property did not meet the criteria written and agreed on in the contract to provide a working elevator. This is unacceptable by them, specially of they are going to withhold a 300 euros deposit from the tenants when he even can’t secure there basic needs! I communicated this issue to the booking customer service, and guess what? They didn’t solve the problem. The property later on offered a 50 euros as a compensation, where they mentioned incorrect information saying that we didn’t have an elevator for 1 day only! Misleading and incorrect they know that and I communicated all the information with them before. Such a shame! Not the property nor the booking customer service could provide the proper service to their customer. This will be the last time to use it.

No coffee, tea, or sugar. If you arrive late, this provision add a special touch to check in. No bed covers for bedding. The sink in the main bathroom was extremely, I mean extremely small, difficult to wash your face. The bed in the main room is very uncomfortable (almost like the matress is worn out). Only 1 towel per person supplied for our 5 night stay. They advised check out was at 12, our room was deactivated at 10am.
