Amazing stay – highly recommended! We had a fantastic time staying at Pedro’s place in Barcelona. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to public transport, beach restaurants, and all the main sights. Pedro was an outstanding host – very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave us great local tips that made our trip even more special. Thank you, Pedro, for your hospitality – we would absolutely love to come back again!

“Pretty expensive for such quality, only location and high season can justify the price a bit.”

- Wonderful location, 5 minutes to the nice beach with cristal water, grocery stores and cafes just in one step from you, 5-10 minutes walking to the metro station; - Spacious apartments; - Comfortable access with electronic key; - Separate air conditioning in each room.

To be improved

- Old facilities, some furniture was broken, torn curtain; - Not very clean; - Only few dishwasher and washing machine capsules were left for 8 guests for 6 nights; - Not completely clear check-in instructions; - 300 euro of damage deposit was charged before check-in with external link (not through Booking.com). When we came in, we’ve seen a lot of damage in the apartments made before us, so we were worried about returning the deposit. Fortunately, the deposit was returned back with no issue after check-out, but overall it was concerning moment.

Location near to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Good for family, mixed beach ⛱️ and city vacation.

To be improved

Quiilt quality can be better, and the check-in guiding is let complicated to learn men when learning, it is easy to use. It should be possible to enter the apartment without calling the door and disturbing others :)

The whole booking system requiring to attend office then travel 20 mins by taxi. Tried to organise easy access but they continually sent forms …..why did l fill out the form with travellers details…when we had to on another occasion sent our passport photos…couldn’t pay deposit on line…we were given instructions for use of an app…which were incorrect…no number on the apartment and office staff advised we were at wrong door..l advised they had not turned on the access code…l was correct. Painful having to carry a phone to get in…particularly on the beach. All too hard and wouldn’t do again. We travelled one month and never gave a bad review . The management company have 300 houses to manage and are system focussed which means people you speak to for help may not know your property or give you incorrect information

Apartment is great and well equipped for a larger family or group. Comfortable and well located with many amenities and the beach close by.

Host manages communication outside of Booking.com so they do not reply until last minute. Their check-in policy is very strict and you do not get the keys until 1) you have paid a 300 deposit and 2) you have shared a photo of the ID of every single guest. While the process is not complicated, the communication and support via Booking app was not there. The single bed mattresses need replacing, I had trouble sleeping from springs stabbing my chest and back. It was the only bad detail the apartment had, everything else was so nice.
