1. The most disappointing thing about the property was the lack of basic cooking items in the kitchen. It had a nice coffee maker (pod style); a new toaster; hot water kettle; microwave; oven with electric stovetop; lots of cups, glasses, plates and bowls. But it lacked the most basic items to actually cook and use the abundance of plates and bowls. It was missing a cutting board, bread knife, spatula, saucepan and any simple courtesy cooking basic like salt and pepper. We had to improvise with just the frying pan and a small paring knife being very careful when cutting food. We stayed a week which is why we needed a place with a kitchen. 2. At minimum a broom would have been helpful when staying more than a couple of days. 3. WiFi signal was ok- it would come and go.

The one huge issue was privacy, there was none, it was like being in a goldfish bowl. The flat curves the side of a narrow street onto a small square on the first floor, and is also about 2 m away from windows on the other side of the street which is a restaurant. So, you basically have to keep the curtains completely closed the whole time. This could be helped if some translucent netting was added across the windows, but basically now, the whole world can look inside the flat from several directions. It is also noisy late into the night - but that was OK and to be expected.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. No chopping board, oven tray or drying up cloth.and no tea bags. Also, we couldn't get the induction cook top to work, so couldn't cook pasta.

There was nothing important, just a few details. The inside spiral staircase between the floors is relatively narrow, so my colleague, who is quite tall, had to be careful not to bang his head. Even if there were enough paper towels, a tea towel for the dishes would be handy. There is enough tableware, but we missed bigger mugs for tea. The Wi-Fi worked great in the kitchen and the upper floor, but the signal was quite weak in the downstairs bedroom.
