It was very difficult for us to get inside. We picked up the keys from a different location and had a rental car as well. To retrieve the garage keys from a locked box, we first had to find a parking spot for our car (which was very difficult). Then, we went to a different location to collect the room and garage keys from another locked box. After that, we had to park our car in yet another place before finally heading to the hotel. We had to stop at three different locations just to check into our hotel. The host had shared instructions beforehand, but despite knowing that we spoke English, all the directions were given in Spanish. The messages arrived in the wrong order, making them hard to understand. One of our towels was not clean. Additionally, the elevator in the building didn’t go to our floor, so we had to take it to the 3rd floor and then walk down to the 2nd floor.

The lock was not as easy to find, mainly because it was not located at the property but some buildings away.
