No aircon, no pool, one toilet roll, one bin liner, the wifi was garbage, no washing machine tablets or powder.

Good location and has everything you need kitchen with essentials, a fan, balcony, washing machine, kettle microwave it’s good

I don’t think the bed sheets were clean. we washed them and the conditions of the pillows were disgusting. One of the bed covers had a red stain. If it weren’t for that this place is really good. It does not have AC, nights were really hot and endless… I am sure previous tenants left toiletries and toilet paper so as we, however it seemed to be taken and left only 1 toilet paper roll and soap dishwasher nothing else other than that the place is worth it at try in cooler weeks

I really like the location of the apartment—it’s close to the beach, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The balcony also had an amazing view of the mountains, which made the stay even more enjoyable

To be improved

However, there were some issues. The towels were dirty and had a bad smell, and the rooms didn’t have curtains, which made it difficult to sleep when the sun came in early. Also, the customer service was disappointing—they were very slow to respond and even left us on hold for over 30 minutes just to answer a simple question

“Overall very good and would stay there again”

To be improved

Only had 1 towel each for the whole stay and the cot wasn’t there the first night so my child had to sleep with me and my partner which wasn’t ideal. Cot was brought the next day thankfully.
