Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location, ideal for families, very clean and the staff were very polite.

To be improved

Only negative is my son said the pull out bed was a little uncomfortable 😂 but our bed was perfect.

Great location quality of food was higher than expected , pool area is well maintained and entertainment in evenings was fun but a little chaotic.

To be improved

I contacted hotel 3 times before arriving asking for a quiet room not facing Main Street, but when arriving was told this was all they had available. For a hotel of possibly 200 plus rooms the request wasn’t taken seriously. If you like looking out at coaches coming and going all night, karaoke from hotel opposite and sound of the bins on main Street being emptied then these are the rooms for you! The waiting staff , entertainment team and cleaners were all great, reception staff were all miserable, especially a grey haired lady who laughed when selling me a milk pod for 50c late in the evening as I wanted a coffee, I’d spent 3000e for a week but obviously the 50c was needed ! The hotel has a new complex across the road that has added many rooms but they haven’t increased size of pool or food area so it can get VERY crowded.
