The house is beautiful and has loads of potencial.

To be improved

The communication between the agency Homerti, the owner and us(guests), after talking to the agency about the house being unbearably hot, they told us they could do nothing, when inside the house there are new air conditioning devices. They sent me a message saying the owner wanted to visit us, but never got a phone call or message confirming when that was going to happen, apparently the owner was at the property more then once while we were exploring the island and we only met at checkout by chance. The checkout also had no communication involved.

The best

This vacation home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful and stylish décor that gave the house a warm, welcoming feel. The views of the countryside were breathtaking, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. One of our favorite spots was the outside terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while soaking in the lovely surroundings. The pool area was another highlight, featuring a wonderful patio complete with an outdoor bathroom and shower—a really convenient touch! The pool itself was fantastic. The stairs leading into the pool were especially clever and added a unique element to the overall design. The rustic garden added to the home's tranquil, countryside feel. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the children's toys and beach accessories, it was clear that a lot of care went into making this home truly special. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This house exceeded all our expectations—10 out of 10! We would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

“Great house for relaxing vacation with family or friends.”
The best

A very nice house with a great terrace for leisure and relaxing. The house was spacious and clean with all what was needed great beds and A/C. The pool was taken care of and clean. Location is good only a 15 min walk to Santa Margalida the nearest village. Hosts are super nice. We had a great vacation with our family and we can certainly recomend a stay at Alcudiola.

Nothing we can think of, we actually like every aspect of the house.

The best

A lovely villa in a wonderful setting in the north of Mallorca. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, we had a great time relaxing in peace and quiet at the property as well as using it as a base to explore the island.
