Christina, who covers the front desk, is friendly and responsive. The room/facilities are very clean. Great location near cathedral. An easy walk to the train and bus stations.

Check-in process - I was buzzed in from the street but then didn’t know what to do. I had to repeatedly stand on the street shouting in to busy entrance phone to ask what next until eventually an in reception digital board showed someone on a screen to go through laborious checkin process. Couldn’t properly hear bc of noise on busy street. Not many amenities, no hair dryer until I asked a cleaner and was pointed to one inside a hallway cabinet that I could use.
